As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Arcade, you will play a critical role in helping fill the pipeline for our Strategic Growth Managers (AEs). You will work with our sales team to proactively prospect new leads that fit our ICP and manage inbound leads. This will include enriching data in the CRM, qualifying inbound/outbound leads, and scheduling appointments. You will also be responsible for helping build and maint our database. SDRs will also use email marketing, LinkedIn, and outbound calls as necessary to generate new opportunities. Over the course of time, you may have an opportunity to move into a Strategic Growth Manager role once you have mastered the skills of an SDR.

 

What you’ll do?

  • Generate new discovery calls and qualified pipeline for the Sales Team through outbound prospecting efforts and inbound lead qualification
  • Find and build out the account database in Salesforce in our target markets through the use of various data sources
  • Support Growth Managers (AEs) to build their pipeline while developing your sales skills
  • Work closely with Growth Marketing to follow up on programs and generate opportunities
  • Build and maintain extensive knowledge of how Arcade helps businesses improve employee performance, motivation, and engagement through gamification
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, and deliver high results against weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets
  • Regularly collaborate with Sales Manager, DemandGen Manager, and Revenue Operations to collaborate on effective strategies and processes

  • Top performer with 1+ years of proven success selling a SaaS solution or qualifying and driving opportunities.
  • Drive to win with a proven process for identifying decision-makers by navigating multiple layers of an organization.
  • Rock star team solution seller who can identify needs/challenges and qualify prospects for a complex product.  
  • Problem solver with outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience with TechStack (Outreach, Salesforce, SeamlessAI) is a plus
